SEPTEMBER 2024 – 350 PAX – ALFA SYSTEMS – AMSTERDAM
Alfa Systems, global software provider for the financial and automotive sectors, gathered 350 team members for their annual internal conference – this time in Amsterdam, with sustainability at the core. Guests traveled by Eurostar from London, reducing carbon footprint while starting the event on a connected, mindful note.
The Hilton Schiphol hosted the team. The teammembers kicked off the first evening with a boat transfer through the canals to Restaurant Lowlander. There, Alfa Systems 6 was launched in style – featuring VR experiences, inspiring speakers, botanical beers, and a refined walking dinner.
Day two offered curated cultural excursions: from a bike or walking tour, to a graffiti workshop at STRAAT, or a visit to the immersive Fabrique des Lumières. The event closed with lunch at the hotel before guests journeyed back to London by train – inspired, connected, and aligned on Alfa’s forward vision.

Boyan Slat launched this brand new device of The Ocean Cleanup on October 26th at Broekman Distriport in Rotterdam for a public of 1000 guests. -

The Athlete Amphitheater : a showcase for the running Olympic Kits and Global Athlete line up. The Trail Experience where the newest products could be tried and the Athlete Member Wall with lockers for the athlets with the newest products. -
The NeXt Phase event - The Ocean CleanupDutch Matters produced this event for 2000 guests at the Werkspoorkathedraal in Utrecht, together with Bind Film and Jurlights. -
Relaunch Experience KMSOverall production for KAO Benelux - KMS relaunch - 450 guests Over a 450 hairdressers from all over the country were welcomed in Amersfoort at the Prodent Fabriek for the relaunch of KMS. Simon Miller and Edwin Raaijmakers both lead the show at the catwalk and introduced many KMS professionals and models on stage. At the catwalk the new KMS was presented and the professionals showed the new products. During the after party several booths were manned by KMS professionals, delicious food was served from a specular food truck . A tattoe artist made tattoes for fans and a street artist painted the audience. A DJ made the show and created a nice atmosphere during the evening. A goodie bag with the new KMS products was offered to all guests. -
March 2022 - 100 pax @ScheepvaartmuseumDigital Container Shipping Association DSCA asked us to organize a dinner and activity for 100 guests. A venue that certainly floats our boat and one of the best venues in Amsterdam to host culinary events, is of course the National Maritime Museum. The majestic waterfront location in the center of Amsterdam makes this the perfect venue for any event. The museum is housed in 's Lands Zeemagazijn (the Arsenal). This historic building dates from 1656 and was designed as a storehouse for the Admiralty of Amsterdam. There are several spaces to use for events, including an open courtyard and two sunny floating terraces on the water with lounge furniture and parasols. -

KAO Goldwell & KMS ShowKAO asked us to coordinate their event in the Westergasfabriek during the Fashion Week. They also asked Dutch Matters to organize their own event, attended by over 1200 international hairdressers. Plenty of reasons to celebrate! -
